When I said that didn’t really seem like a Daniel to me, he started accusing me of being racist! Never even had PPI myself but I pretended for a bit. Then he got really rude and made some dodgy remarks, so I went to do some washing up. When I got back, he was still going on so I just ended the call out of boredom.
