These callers are definitely not representing Windows. It’s a scam! Microsoft doesn’t make phone calls to individuals, so steer clear of granting them access to your computer. Just tell them where to go!

I kindly request a full refund for the recent charges incurred for the repairs on my computer. Despite having it repaired five times, it has once again ceased functioning just a day after the last fix. I have no intention of engaging your services any further. The folks claiming to be from WINDOWS TECHNICAL SUPPORT keep pestering me at all hours. They let the phone ring for nearly a whole minute before cutting the line, only to try again shortly after. It's been relentless - I’ve received five calls on a daily basis! Eventually, I answered, and wouldn’t you know it, they started rambling on about some supposed issue with my computer, dangling a £99.95 fix in front of me. I just told them to take a hike!

Out of curiosity, I let it ring for a proper while to see how long they'd persist - it clocked in at 45 seconds before they finally gave up. But wait, barely five minutes later, they were at it again. This time, I answered, and guess what? They claimed to be from Windows Technical Support, insisting that my computer had some issues that would set me back £99.95 to resolve! I swiftly told them where to shove it!
