I've been hounded for ages by persistent callers trying to reach my husband, who is 82 and nearly deaf as a post. It's incredibly frustrating because I end up dealing with these interruptions, as he doesn’t hear the phone ringing and can’t even see who’s calling. It’s absolutely infuriating! He’s already told them to leave him alone, yet they continue to bother us like pesky flies at a summer barbecue. What on earth can I do about this? They’ve also taken to using another number, 0161 884 3431, just to add to the annoyance!

I’ve put them on my blocked list before, yet they somehow manage to get through, as if they’re immune to it!
