It was hard to catch the company’s name with all the background noise, but I just said someone else was dealing with my claim and ended the call. I later found out on another site that this number might be connected to a scam, and apparently the firm was shut down back in 2015. They’ve also sent dodgy texts with links that others warn not to click on. Definitely recommend blocking this number and staying clear!

Like what others mentioned, there’s this Facebook form that looks like it lets you do a quick PPI check yourself. But it’s actually not a self-check tool, it’s just a way for the company to get you to sign up. I closed it when I saw this but I still get calls from them now and then.
