Kept getting calls about funding for fixing up the outside of my home. I told them I wasn’t keen, but they wouldn’t take the hint and just kept ringing. Eventually had to block the number.

Yesterday I got asked the same questions, but I told them I didn’t need any help since my house is fine as it is! Today alone I’ve missed 6 calls between 10:30am and 12:30pm. They just rang again and I can’t even turn the phone off. So annoying!

I got a call earlier today about some funding for house repairs, sounded a bit dodgy to me so I didn't pick up but let it go to voicemail. Then later on, a different number but something close called me three times and didn’t leave any message. Definitely not something I’d trust.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from a utility firm, saying I’d overpaid and they wanted to refund me. They must’ve snatched my number off Facebook or something. They asked for loads of personal info and even my company address - definitely don’t share anything with these lot! They tried ringing me on three separate numbers now, this one plus 0161 505 0381 and 0161 249 9182. Blocked them all. Beware!

Got a call from this number earlier today, my mum picked up and I think she told them she wasn’t interested. Since then, this same number has been calling us loads all day. Haven’t bothered answering it again, but they just keep ringing and don’t seem to get the message when we don’t pick up! Proper frustrating!

Today I got a call claiming I qualified for some sort of funding. I told them I wasn't interested and tried to end the chat. Then about 20 minutes later, they rang again saying I had allowed them to contact me. I told them I never gave that permission, but they insisted they played back a message where I supposedly agreed. I told them straight up I was never asked that and told them to stop ringing me.

Got a call from this number a couple of times today. We use a call blocker that picks up on unknown numbers and asks some questions first - usually, the telemarketers hang up straight away. Only legit callers stick around. The phone tells us who it is before we decide to answer or block. Ever since we started using this, the only calls we get are genuine. But I checked the numbers of all callers and turns out every one of them, including this number, turned out to be annoying sales types.

How many times are these muppets gonna ring me from Manchester numbers? I’m getting about 4 or 5 calls a day. Each time I block one, they just ring from a different number. At first, I answered once and told them I wasn’t interested. They then threatened that they wouldn’t remove me from their list and would keep calling. No matter what I do to block them, they use a new number to keep ringing me. I even got an awful rant thrown at me once. Honestly, if you can, just don’t pick up - they’re just after your dosh.

Got a call from an unknown number but BT Call Guardian blocked it. It went straight to voicemail and there was this polite automated message explaining it wasn’t important.
