Got a call from 0161 767 0387 claiming to be Open Reach about my phone line. The accent sounded off and the whole thing felt dodgy. When I rang back, it took ages to get through and they didn’t know my name either. Told them straight up I thought they were trying to scam me. Definitely put me on alert.
