They said they were calling about some grant for new windows and doors that I supposedly applied for. Not sure if I actually did, but maybe. I asked him to prove who he was but all he did was keep asking the same question over and over. Kinda felt like speaking to a machine. (Maybe I was.) Ended up just hanging up and blocking the number.
