I got a call from this number really early today, 14th November 2023. When I picked up and asked who it was, they mentioned something about Microsoft. I told them it was quite early and asked if they even knew the time. They just flipped out and said, "f*** you, I don’t care what time it is, you b******." Seriously, why can’t tech these days block stuff like this? It’s so annoying.

The caller ID didn’t show up on BT Call Guardian, so I’m guessing it was either a robo call or some kind of scammer. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
