After some persistence, I rang them back and firmly asked them to cease contacting me. They obliged for a brief period but then promptly resumed their calls. Despite my repeated requests for them to stop, the volume of their calls spiked, culminating in a staggering four voicemails just yesterday! I’ve now taken steps to report this nuisance to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). However, I urge you - if you can spare a few minutes - to file a proper report with the ICO yourself. Otherwise, this sort of harassment will persist unabated.

It seems they persistently call us, but whenever we attempt to return the call, we’re met with a busy line. Quite baffling, isn’t it?

Eventually, I decided to return their call and explicitly asked them to cease their incessant ringing. They obliged for a couple of days but then resumed their ringing spree. I called them again to reiterate my request. Just yesterday alone, they left four messages for me! I've taken the step of reporting them to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). However, it's crucial that you take a moment to file a proper complaint with the ICO as well. If we don't stand up against this nuisance together, they’ll carry on as if it’s open season on our peace!
