Nobody answered at first, then I heard a few clicks. A woman with an English accent came on, asking for my feedback about my remortgage. It confused me a bit because she acted like we’d talked already, but we hadn’t. I told her I don't even have a mortgage, which seemed to surprise her. Then she asked if I wanted to remortgage for home improvements. Erm, no thanks!

Someone rang asking for us by name, I told them we weren’t here right now and asked if I could take a message, then they just hung up saying they’d call back later. When I tried ringing them myself, it was just a recorded message saying “thank you for calling redline, all our agents are currently busy, please press 1,” and all that. Definitely looks like a dodgy scam, best stay well clear!
