I refuse to pick up if I don’t recognise the number. I've even blocked them, yet they keep trying to get through. It’s relentless!3 yearsIt’s nothing but a load of rubbish! Best to just block this number, honestly.3 yearsI received a call from this number on 14th August 2023, with the caller asserting that I had submitted a complaint regarding PPI mis-selling back in February 2023 online. While I did indeed start the process for an online claim, the specifics of the date escape me. I eventually abandoned the claim, as it requested personal details that seemed unnecessary and raised red flags about potential identity fraud. During the call today, a woman with an Indian accent asked me to verify my postcode, which I provided, considering it is readily available information. However, when she proceeded to ask for my full address, I shared one with her, only for her to assert that it was incorrect. I insisted that I’ve resided at that location for the past three years and wouldn't have given any alternate address. She then wanted to know my previous address, to which I jokingly mentioned it was in Nigeria, and she promptly requested my email address. At that point, I felt like I was being baited for sensitive information, so I opted not to continue the conversation. She insisted her company was legitimate and expressed understanding of my hesitations. I informed her I’d be willing to provide my email, contingent upon receiving an official email detailing their services, but she claimed that wouldn't be feasible. Eventually, I decided to end the call.Nigeria3 yearsChose not to pick up the call.3 yearsUtterly annoying nuisance!3 yearsThese individuals really need to be put in their place; they're becoming quite a nuisance.
