Annoying. Got a call out of the blue and didn’t ask for it.

Some bloke called, claiming to be from a high street law firm promising to clear your debt in a year at £150 a month. Said whatever you owe after that gets wiped clean in court. But when I asked how they got my number, they just wouldn't say. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a couple of calls earlier today, first one was dead quiet. When they called back, person said they were from High Street Solicitors and wanted to speak to my 84-year-old neighbour by name. They offered to sort his debts for £250 a month over a year. Lucky my neighbour uses my number as a contact, otherwise who knows what could have happened!

They rang up but just cut off right away! Pretty sure it’s some sort of auto dialler or one of those annoying calls trying to check if your number’s active. So frustrating!

They call my mobile and landline but say nothing, just silence. Luckily, I’m able to block their number on both phones, so that’s something.

Got loads of calls where as soon as I pick up, they just cut off immediately. It’s happened at least ten times so far. I’m hesitant to ring back, worried it might be some sort of scam.

I’ve tried picking up at different moments during the ring to see if it changes anything, but the second I say hello, they just disconnect.
