The person on the other end actually knew my name, which surprised me. I had to ask them to speak louder because I couldn’t hear properly. They claimed to be from Microsoft - yep, one of those annoying calls. I told them to stop bothering people and to never call me back. They even argued a bit, but I just ended the call.
