I usually avoid picking up calls from unfamiliar numbers. If it was really urgent, they’d probably leave a voicemail. This number has rung me a few times but no message left, so can’t be anything crucial. I’ve just blocked it now.

Got a recorded message about supposed tax evasion, telling me to press 1 to speak with someone. They threatened I’d have a warrant out and be arrested if I ignored them. Didn’t bother pressing anything and just ended the call right away. Definitely a dodgy caller to watch out for.
