I simply wanted to enjoy my downtime and have a bit of a chat with some questions. I asked, "What queries have you got?" Then he snapped back, "Clearly, you're not interested in listening or comprehending." I replied, "I'm trying to comprehend," but before I could say more, he hung up on me!
