I suspect this outfit is involved in dubious practices regarding the sale of advertising space, particularly in connection with charitable causes. They often seem to associate themselves with police charities or issues related to substance abuse. I've taken the step to report them to the Fraud Alert service, as they attempted to deceive me with a phony bailiff, who, upon further investigation, turned out to be entirely untrustworthy. Best to steer clear of these characters entirely!

this number rang me at 11:30 on 24/9/18, i picked up right away but it just went silent. looks like some firms use this to check if your phone works before passing your details on to other places. really dodgy, dont ring them back. i waited on hold for like 15 mins and heard what sounded like a robot saying "thank you for your call, your call is important please stay on the line." not sure if calling back costs money but the long wait hint that it might.
