On the morning of 18th February 2021, around 8:20, I got a call out of the blue warning me my internet was about to be cut off. I decided to play along just to see where it would go and to keep them talking. They asked if I owned a laptop or a computer, which struck me as a bit daft given they claimed to be there to help me stay online. When I told them I could sort it out on my own, they hung up straight away. Proper waste of time.
