I had rung up about a PPI check (I know, the nightmare!) but when I said I didn’t want to go ahead with the claim anymore, a really nice bloke assured me it was no problem and they sorted out closing it for me. Since then, I haven’t had any more calls from them. The company’s name is Chandler Simmons, and they were pretty decent about the whole thing.
