They've rang me over 20 times since the beginning of June but never left any voicemail, so no clue what they’re after. Weirdly they keep calling like half a minute after I hang up, which makes me think it’s probably a dodgy scam. Probably some bloke from India trying to push some rubbish on me.

I picked up my mate's phone and asked who was on the other end three times but they just wouldn’t say, kept asking when my mate would be home. I offered to take a message and asked what it was about, and they said “London terror attacks.” Now we’re both pretty worried.

Strangely, I got a call from a number like 001(617) 141-233 and it showed as from the United Kingdom, but the way the number appeared seemed off to me. Then, moments later, I got another call from 0161 714 1233 - turns out it's the exact same number!!

They rang about a loan and said they wouldn't request any payments, but then asked who my gas and electric provider was. I didn’t give them that info, so then the guy claimed I’d been signed up to their credit checker for £3.99 a month. I told him I wasn’t interested, but he went on saying the first month was free and they’d send me an email to confirm it. They also said I could cancel by email, but I’m still waiting for that email to come through.

I received a call from someone overseas claiming that I had been denied a loan. I firmly responded that this wasn’t the case.
