They've rung me a few times, last time was just a couple of mins ago - I didn’t answer but noticed a voicemail. When I played it back, it was just some chat from a call centre, so they probably forgot to end the call properly. I recently ended a life insurance plan, and judging by what others say, it’s probably connected to that. It's quite baffling that they never bother to leave a message, isn't it? If only they'd take a moment to drop a note, then at least if you don’t return their call within a couple of days, they’d realise they’re just spinning their wheels. Honestly, if I were in the market for life insurance, this company has already crossed themselves off my list of potential providers.
