Never really catch who they're meant to be, and the caller's name never fits the way they speak. Looks like another one of those scams where they say they can sort out your PPI, and if you say you’ve already dealt with it, they go on about banks not paying enough back. Some guy named Kyle Tempton from Wolfram Tungston Limited rang me up claiming he wanted to refund me £2000 and then started asking for my info. Honestly, if he’s making it up, he needs to try a bit harder with his fake names. (But if it's legit, maybe he should pick a less dodgy name)

Thought it was a telemarketer, so I asked my lad to make some daft sounds down the phone.

The call was from a woman with an Asian accent, saying something about a refund I might be entitled to, but it was really vague. She mentioned sending some papers to my address, then read out the wrong address and asked for my correct one. I wasn’t about to give that info over the phone, so I told her nicely thanks for calling but I couldn’t provide the details she wanted. She sounded pretty annoyed and hung up. Then she rang again the next day! I ignored it and blocked the number. I reckon it was one of those PPI scams.
