At first there was silence, then a recorded voice came on saying something like "this is a claims contact." I just ended the call right away.

They always say “we’re not selling anything”, but that’s usually code for trying to sell you stuff. Called me to supposedly inform about a government scheme on elderly care, just wanted me to answer a handful of questions. What’s worse, they even managed to get my full name and phone number. I just ended the call and blocked them straight away.
