Got a call from someone claiming to be from ATOL, saying I was owed money for a hotel I stayed at with an all-inclusive deal. They then wanted me to list which hotels I'd been to, but I said surely they should already have that info and just tell me. They admitted they didn’t know. When I refused to give any details, they just hung up on me. Feels like one of those dodgy claims firms.
