I rung them back and it was definitely 02. I'd been trying to reach someone else, so I told them it's not me and they said they'd make a note about it. They sounded really sincere. Still, I'm baffled how my contract info could show up under a different name on 02’s system. Honestly, wouldn’t be surprised if it’s some kind of pay-as-you-go mix-up.
