No ones ever picks up after I leave a message. Just get an answerphone and use 1471 to check who called then search their number here. The reviews give you a good idea whats going on. You gotta change old ways but NEVER ANSWER calls without caller ID. These scammers rely on confusion and trickery to make a quick buck. I wonder if BT charging for 1471 calls encourages this?

I received a call from someone claiming to represent First Action, insisting that I should consider filing a lawsuit against my insurance provider regarding a small collision I was involved in a couple of months back.
