Received a couple of calls from someone named Ryan at First Action about a car crash. I said I wasn’t interested, and he warned me he’d call every single day for the next three years. No ones ever picks up after I leave a message. Just get an answerphone and use 1471 to check who called then search their number here. The reviews give you a good idea whats going on. You gotta change old ways but NEVER ANSWER calls without caller ID. These scammers rely on confusion and trickery to make a quick buck. I wonder if BT charging for 1471 calls encourages this?

These personal injury claims honestly do help. Insurers have to stash some cash away in case someone gets hurt. Why let them hold onto it just because you’re fed up with annoying calls? Even after I blocked their number, their clueless team still manage to leave voicemail messages where you can hear them laughing and chatting in the background. I received a call from someone claiming to represent First Action, insisting that I should consider filing a lawsuit against my insurance provider regarding a small collision I was involved in a couple of months back. They became rather pushy when I asked them to leave me be, even attempting to persuade me to make a deceitful claim. Quite unpleasant, to be honest. They claimed my insurance company had passed on my information, yet had the audacity to assert that it was our first conversation, despite this being the third time they've contacted me in less than a week. Best to steer clear of these characters.

At first, i was a bit doubtful and organised a couple of call backs, but in the end i just went for it since i had some aches from my crash. It all seemed a bit too good to be true, but honestly it’s the best choice i ever made. The whole thing was really easy and my solicitor told me I should be getting around two and a half grand.
