I must say, this bunch seems rather dubious. We couldn't pin down their actual names or numbers, nor could we inquire whether they had Sky services and for how long they've been on board. It looks like their main game is to sell you on renewing your Sky warranty, but let me tell you, they're not affiliated with Sky at all! The moment something goes awry with your Sky dish and you attempt to get support, they’ll be utterly clueless about your warranty. Best to steer clear, in my opinion!
