They took cash from my bank without me agreeing or signing up for anything. I was just browsing, nothing more. It feels really sneaky. They look like they are ripping people off, especially when dealing with loan firms - impossible to reach anyone since they clearly know what they’re up to. I even spoke to fraud dept, and they said it’s “legal,” but it still feels completely wrong. So now it seems legal for people to be tricked out of money, yet at the same time, stuff like grooming gangs get a free pass into the country? Honestly, I'm fed up with the law.

These lot took money from me, so I contacted my bank straight away and they blocked any more payments and gave me my money back quickly. If you're stuck with the same issue, I'd definitely ring your bank instead of trying to deal with these crooks yourself - they're totally useless and just out to scam you.

got a missed call from this number today, didn’t pick up but tried calling back and it was switched off. contacted my bank and found out £29.88 had been taken out without my permission. they connected me to their fraud team who stopped any more withdrawals right away and gave me a full refund. these scammers are just targeting ppl, especially when times are tough. total leeches!

Saw a strange withdrawal of 29.88 from my Natwest account this morning, social score [###]. Called the bank straight away and told them it was fraud. They’re sorting it out and stopped any more coming out. Now I’m stuck with just 15 quid till next Thursday’s payday. Rubbish.

I called Social Score on 08082314104 today after seeing the number on a post here. They said they'd cancel my subscription and refund me in 7 days. I've already informed my bank about the scam, cancelled the recurring payments, and blocked my debit card. Got a new one on its way now. Hoping they don’t manage to withdraw anything else.

This place is a total rip-off, they claimed I signed up for a membership when all I was doing was searching for a payday loan. Absolute nonsense, I never signed up for anything I'd actually use. Finally managed to speak to them on 08455651729, a number my bank gave me. They emailed back saying my subscription was cancelled and no more money would be taken. They took £30 from my bank too. Like a lot of others, I couldn’t get hold of the company. Luckily, thanks to some helpful info from people here, I tracked down Reece Bailey, the CEO of Nest Finance (Social Score), on LinkedIn. I sent him a message and within half an hour someone from Social Score got in touch and I got my money back straight away. I've just reported this to Action Fraud. FYI, Social-Score[###] is just a trading name for Nest Finance Ltd. If you're having the same issues as others here, I'd recommend you file a complaint against them too. You'll find the company number and contact info at the very bottom of their website for your report. I never gave permission for any withdrawals, yet they took the typical 11p and then charged me £29.88 a few days later. Seriously, be careful. They'll keep doing this unless people start taking proper action.

Right when I picked up, before I could say a word, they’re like “hello Sir, are you after a refund?” Total scammers. I’ve also let the FCA know about this lot.

Just a tip.call ‭0808 231 4104‬ it’s connected to the same lot ask for a refund through them and send an email threatening to report Mr Campbell and Mr Bailey (the guys behind Nest Finance Ltd) to the coppers. Got my cash back in less than an hour.
