I called up concerning food poisoning after our all-inclusive getaway. I mentioned we've had a jolly good time on all our previous holidays. When I inquired about which trip he meant, this lad said he'd need to confer with his manager as he didn't have the details on hand. After a brief silence of about half a minute, he just cut the line!

Received a call purporting to be from ATOL, alleging there was an issue with food poisoning from my recent trip. Strangely, when I asked for details about my accommodation, they were clueless. So, I decided to end the conversation abruptly!
