Received a call from a supposed business named Gem Loans. They pointed me to their site at www.gemloans.co.uk. Upon having a look on the FCA’s website, I discovered their registered address didn’t match up with the postcode they provided. They were asking for a £50 upfront payment, which is rather suspicious. I firmly told them where to go! Sounds dodgy to me.
