Got a call from 01616825314 saying they were BT, telling me my Internet was switched from Business to Public. Asked them to repeat themselves coz I knew it didn’t sound like BT and the accent was off. Then the person on the line started swearing loads, really unpleasant. Definitely wasn’t who they said they were.
