I got a call from this number and it was for real. It’s a firm that does asbestos inspections, mostly for housing associations and similar clients. Honestly, it was the exact caller I was waiting for!

I got a call from a firm called AEC, saying they're working for the council or landlord to set up an asbestos inspection at my place. Seems like it's legit and probably something the landlord has to sort by law. Don't worry about missing the call, they'll ring back until it's done.

This number is totally unfamiliar to me. It’s nowhere in my call history and I have no clue who it might be. I’m just going to block it!

I had no idea who was ringing so I just let it go, they didn't bother to leave a message either. Pretty sure it was one of those call centre calls.
