I got a call from someone saying his name was Moses, he rang me three times but I shut it off before he could get a word in. He did try, but I just wasn’t having it.

I’ve recently discovered that it was an Islamic group based in Manchester reaching out, presumably to provide spiritual support during these troubling times of Covid. I found it rather odd, considering I'm nowhere near that region. They didn't even bother to inquire about my faith. When I asked her to clarify her organisation's name, she pronounced her name distinctly but dodged the question about her group's identity. I honestly informed her that I’m currently dealing with Covid and politely asked her to leave me be before ending the call.

Yeah, definitely a scam. If they had any clue, they'd leave a voicemail. No message left? That’s a red flag every time. Blocked straight away.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from a “business centre” and it seemed a bit fishy. When I rang back, an American-accented woman answered, thanked me, and then put me on hold for some advisor. I didn’t wait and just ended the call. Seems a bit sketchy to me, so beware!

Received a call that I did not request and certainly did not want. I ignored it since the number wasn’t saved in my contacts. The caller didn’t leave any voicemail, which leads me to believe it’s likely a spam call.
