In my dealings with the Thinkmoney Personal loan team, I’ve found that they primarily reach out to their current customers to promote personal loans. Thankfully, I haven't encountered any unpleasantness from their agents; they’ve always been quite polite. I really think folks ought to acknowledge that such calls are somewhat par for the course when dealing with one’s own bank. If it were a random company I had no ties to, I might feel a bit differently, but given that it's my bank reaching out, I really don't see the fuss some people are making...

What an absolute nuisance! I've told them time and again not to ring, even blocked the number. Yet, a few months later, they pop up from a different line! It’s become clear that I need to switch accounts now.
