I received a call from someone claiming to be from the personal claims department. They knew my name and everything, but I’m not aware of having any claims outstanding, nor do I have any intention of making any. Please look into this!

Received a call from a rather rude chap who was looking for someone entirely different. When I clarified that it wasn't me, he became rather aggressive, threatening to ring me back repeatedly! I’d love the chance to confront him face to face.
