On 2 June 2015, I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number. Due to the lack of recognition, I chose not to answer. The number tried calling again, questioning why I had not answered their previous call. Out of curiosity, I scrolled through the call log to find some information about the number. At the end, it suggested that if I didn't want any more calls, I should dial 901, press *, then press 4 and finally 5. Hoping to put an end to these calls, I followed those instructions. However, instead of resolving the issue, it brought me to a voicemail requesting a change in my PIN. Unable to make sense of the situation, I decided to switch off my phone in frustration. Now, I find myself at a loss as to who this caller might be and how I can remove their constant presence from my phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
