Got a call for some Janet Mullican, which isn’t me or anyone here. When I asked who she was, the caller said it was from a finance firm. I tried to find out what they wanted but they just ended the call straight away. Weird!

I think it was one of those pension scams. The guy had my home address and kept saying it was about my pension, like he expected me to remember them visiting me from some company. Thing is, I moved out of that place ages ago and never moved any pension there. I got suspicious and tried ringing the number back but it just went straight to silence. How on earth did he get my name and number in the first place??

It really felt like some kind of pension con.

Both me and my wife keep getting these weird blank texts from some unknown number and we have no clue how they found our digits. I think it might be linked to some surveys I did on the internet recently, maybe they grabbed our details from there. It's really annoying and they just won't quit with these empty messages.
