01616608546 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 01616608546 👆 is reported as a persistent holiday timeshare company linked to Club La Costa, offering purportedly free holiday weeks where recipients pay flights and attend sales presentations. While some confirm its legitimacy and exclusive offerings, many users report nuisance calls, repeated contact despite blocking, and aggressive marketing tactics including “winning a holiday” claims that lead to pressure sales of timeshares. Several warn of inflated flight costs, all-day seminars, and data sharing concerns. Callers often reference surveys and personalised details to entice recipients, generating distrust and frustration. Overall, it is advised to approach with caution, expect persistent outreach, and be wary of hidden conditions despite attractive holiday offers. Blocking and official data removal requests may not immediately stop calls.

this is an actual company, cic worid, also called club la costa. they are legit and do offer a free week stay at a hotel, you just pay for flights yourself. the only catch is they want you to tour various ‘beautiful hotels’ hoping you’ll buy shares in a new place. you don’t have to buy anything but they ask you to spare a day from your holiday to be shown around different apartments. i know it’s real because my partner owns shares in one of their apartments - it’s quite a fancy setup. definitely not a scam, just google it if you’re unsure. x

In Manchester, there is a holiday time share company that uses multiple numbers, like this one, to continuously bother people. They are really persistent and bothersome. It would be great if the authorities could investigate and address this company's irritating tactics.

@ woman rang me and I said exactly the same thing, that she was gonna say I won a holiday and ask for my details, then she just went silent. I told her I didn’t trust the call and she stammered a bit, said “oh alright then, I’ll pass on the holiday,” clearly working out I knew I was meant to have won something without her telling me. Big thanks to the others’ comments here, fingers crossed I won’t get bombarded with spam or third party calls. Then she hung up really quick.

I received numerous phone calls from a woman who claimed that I had won a holiday. She knew my last name and everything. She asked me to "confirm details." Instead of abruptly ending the call, I decided to keep her on the phone for 45 minutes before informing her that I was not interested.

I received a phone call this evening informing me that I had won a holiday in Orlando. The caller expressed their congratulations, but I expressed doubt in their claim. I called the person a scammer, which seemed to upset them. As a result, they ended the call abruptly. Without hesitation, I blocked their number. It is important not to be deceived by such fraudulent schemes.

I received a phone call informing me that I had won a holiday package for myself and my partner. However, I'm currently not in a relationship, so this offer doesn't apply to me. Moreover, they mentioned that I only needed to cover the cost of the flights, which raises suspicions that it might be a time share scheme. I advise blocking their number and ignoring any further communication.

I simply wanted to verify the details of the survey that had been conducted and hopefully receive some positive information. It came to my attention that I hadn't actually participated in the survey prior, and when I declined to provide my income for confirmation, the person on the line abruptly ended the call!

Absolutely ridiculous....just attempting to deceive you into participating in a survey...They claim that you've won a vacation, but conveniently fail to mention that you're responsible for your own flight expenses (which, mind you, are excessively marked up by over 100 percent to cover the cost of the hotel room). Furthermore, they conveniently neglect to inform you about the mandatory lengthy seminars you must endure for several days during your so-called "free" holiday just so they can pressure you into purchasing timeshares. Always remember, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I've promptly blocked them.

Got a call from a lady saying I’d won a family holiday after doing an online survey on a mum and baby group. Smells like a proper scam to me. I do recall filling out a survey for some free baby stuff and since then I’ve been bombarded with loads of pointless calls and junk post. Seems like they grab your info online and then pass it around to all sorts of firms and scammers.

I received a call from a woman who claimed that I won a family holiday for participating in an online survey on a website for mothers and babies. However, this seems extremely suspicious to me. The only survey I recall taking was for free baby products, and ever since then, I've been bombarded with irritating phone calls and unsolicited mail. It appears that these people obtain your information online and then sell it to different companies and fraudsters.
