Received a call from a number that had its details hidden, claiming to be from a chap named Mark Watts. He reported a Microsoft alert indicating our computer has been severely compromised by a virus. His accent was quite noticeable, which made it a bit suspect. As soon as we asked for more information about their company, he mentioned something called "Help & Support plc" along with this contact number. Quite the dubious situation, to say the least!
