A warning suddenly appeared on my laptop telling me to enter my Microsoft username and password. It said I had to ring this number to remove some spyware. They pretended to be from Microsoft, but when I checked the number, it wasn’t Microsoft at all. They threatened that if I closed the page, they’d remotely shut my computer down. Right now, I’m trying to get in touch with KnowHow tech support because my screen is showing an Error code #A268D3. Such a nightmare!
