So I got a call from 02 trying to get me to change my pay-as-you-go into a proper SIM card. I wasn’t interested since they wouldn’t give me a phone right away. I rang their helpline to check and yep, it was really 02. Still, since it was just about the SIM, I told them no cheers!

So this person said they were ringing from 02, but my number isn’t even registered with them. When I told them they were violating GDPR since I never allowed my info to be used, they just ended the call abruptly.
