This was clearly a call from a call centre, so I've decided to BLOCK the number.

Got a strange kind of silent call today. A robot voice came on and said something like, "You’ve been called by... (mumbled word that sounded like 'Zoics' or something). No agents free right now. We will ring you back soon." No clue who these lot are, but it smelt fishy to me. If it’s legit, I still wouldn’t deal with anyone who treats customers like this. If they try ringing again, I’ll tell them exactly what I think!
