10 yearsWhat on earth is going on with this dodgy bunch? I came across mobileshield.2u.co.uk and was rather taken aback. The bloke initiating the call wanted to verify our date of birth first, and then he had the audacity to inquire which bank we used when we signed up for our O2 contract. And as if that wasn't enough, he then started asking for our card details and the expiration date too. I mean, seriously? This really raises some red flags and is all a bit suspicious. O2 needs to get their act together if they want to maintain any credibility!2u. co11 yearsI've come across some rather shady characters trying to extract personal information from me through a rather questionable phone call. They were babbling on about gifting me a Nokia and how they'd help me cut costs. The irony is, I’m on a Vodafone pay-as-you-go plan primarily for incoming calls and barely use it myself. Vodafone actually profits from the incoming calls to me! So, really, how were these con artists proposing to save me any money? It seems to me they ought to do a bit of homework before attempting their schemes!NokiaVodafone12 yearsI've had some individuals claiming to be from O2 asking for my credit card information. It's definitely a scam, so don't share any of your details with them!12 yearsWe haven’t the foggiest who’s giving us a ring, and we’ve forked out £40 for this!Submit Your Own Report (0161 660 1761)
