I’ve tried calling them back loads of times but never got an answer. Definitely just some kind of fishing scam.

I got a call from someone saying it was about me paying too much to Sky and that they wanted to fix it. They even knew my address and said Sky was overcharging me. Thing is, I am a Sky customer but it's under my 10 year old's name! When I told them that, they didn't seem bothered at all. I just ended the call!
