I've tried ringing them back multiple times with no luck at all. It's clearly just a fishing scam.

Received a call today purporting to be from Sky, claiming I had been overcharged on my bills. They insisted that I was paying too much and reassured me they'd sort it all out. Oddly, they had my address, but to my surprise, they referred to me by my child's name, who is only ten! I wasn't furious when I highlighted that little detail, but it felt rather dodgy. In the end, I decided to terminate the conversation!
