I've been receiving persistent calls from this number that I certainly don’t wish to entertain.

Beware of this individual! He rang me bright and early today, claiming to be from Microsoft’s technical support, insisting there were some (totally fictitious) problems with my laptop. What a dodgy character!

Today, I received a rather insistent call from someone purporting to be from Microsoft, claiming that my laptop was experiencing problems. He rattled on with all sorts of technical jargon, trying to convince me to grant him access. I mentioned I was in a rush and had to leave, but he continued to press me for information. Eventually, I had to terminate the call, yet he had the audacity to ring me back around noon on six separate occasions! He even tried again later in the day. I find this behaviour quite alarming and certainly uncharacteristic of a reputable business - the number was 0161 6570682.
