I've had a couple of calls from this number, and on one occasion, they actually left a voicemail. However, all I could hear was a load of automated office chatter in the background! I certainly won’t be calling back; I've been taken in by these scams before and ended up footing the bill for it!

I've received around six calls from Claims Advisory Group so far. I've asked them twice to stop calling me, even sent a formal email, yet they persist in ringing me. They were quite full of themselves during our first chat, but ridiculously nice the second time. I wouldn’t be surprised if they try to ring me again tomorrow. Surely there's some way to put a stop to businesses behaving like this!

They keep ringing me at all hours, including while I'm at my job, often right up until eight in the evening. I’ve avoided answering their calls so far, but my manager has had a chat with them-they even used my first name, which is rather unsettling. Thankfully, I happened to be busy when they called, so I didn’t have to speak to them. I absolutely refuse to pick up in the future!

We called them again and told them to remove our details from their system since I’m registered with the TPS. The bloke on the other end wanted to know what it was all about exactly. We simply reiterated, "Just delete us." Then, rather cheekily, he said he’d pass the £2,500 on to someone else instead, and promptly hung up. What a sarcastic little scoundrel! Honestly, we’ve never taken a loan in our lives, so where on earth would we be getting £2,500 from? Total scam!

I just received a call from these individuals and quickly realised they had dialled the wrong number. Before we could even inquire about the purpose of their call, they abruptly disconnected. We called back to request that our number be taken off their list, ensuring they were aware that we work in a call centre ourselves and understand it might take up to a day for us to be removed from any contact databases. It'll be interesting to see if they ring us again within that time frame. Honestly, their behaviour was quite off-putting; that woman was utterly insufferable!

Same old tale, really. We've chosen to let them squander their postage by dispatching a parcel that we have no intention of using. At least it keeps the postman busy! With our call screening and answering machine, we can simply disregard any future calls they make. It’s a bit of a win-win, as it only serves to inflate their expenses further.

I've had to endure a minimum of a dozen rings from these so-called claim advisors who never bother to respond. On top of that, they exhibit quite the rude behaviour as soon as you request them to stop calling. Honestly, I have no need for loans whatsoever! This is beyond frustrating!

We received precisely the same message, and from what I can gather, it was utterly the same. I answered and courteously conveyed our disinterest, requesting them to remove our details from their system. The chap on the other end was quite irate, asserting that he would simply pass our £2,500 onto someone else, as if we were bothered! I told them to go ahead and do as they wished with it, but to ensure we were taken off their list. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to solve the issue for very long, as they rang again today!

I’ve had a remarkably similar experience! Just as we were about to say hello, the caller insisted it wasn’t a sales pitch. I quickly told them I wasn’t interested and politely ended the conversation.
