We're familiar with the genuine Baines & Ernst, and any proper representative would happily share their name and a contact number so we could get back to them at a better time. However, the lady we spoke to outright declined to provide any such information. It's quite clear that this is not Baines & Ernst at all.

We've received calls from these individuals regarding a loan we've supposedly taken out and to reclaim some funds. However, they haven’t disclosed their identity or how they obtained our information. It felt quite peculiar since they insisted we speak first before giving any answers. We’re baffled as to how they got our details in the first place, especially since we don't actually have any loans!
