I was provided with this number by NatWest's online banking, which they claimed was associated with an outfit called New Solutions. I've noticed a couple of transactions on my card that I certainly didn’t authorise. When I raised the issue, they suggested I conduct my own investigation or else there wouldn't be any further action taken. Much to my surprise, it appears this so-called company is non-existent! NatWest was rather unhelpful, insisting they wouldn’t pursue it as fraud unless I could furnish more proof. The irony is that their team’s name has ‘investigation’ in it. Quite amusing, really!
I urge everyone to be vigilant; these people seem to be operating right now.
