Seems like they've figured out a clever trick to get around my phone's blocking, by popping a random name on the caller ID so it appears like a normal call. Bit annoying though, cos I haven’t got a clue who this Michael John bloke is.

these numbers, including 0161 641 1179, keep ringing me every day around 11:15. it just rings once then cuts off when I pick up. if I call back, they say they’re from a firm called financial justice! they switch to other numbers once you block them. fingers crossed they run out of phones to call from. my phone is on the tps list, so they’re clearly ignoring the rules. I’ve reported them to both tps and ofcom.

I got a call but didn’t pick up, it went straight to voicemail and then they just hung up. Might be a scam as I’ve had a few calls from different 0161 numbers lately.

They ring me up about three times every day, around 10 in the morning, then midday, and again just before tea at half five. Once, I decided to answer, and a woman was on the line. I told her straight I wasn’t interested in their calls. She then asked me to stop yelling at her, which pissed me off even more, so I told her to bugger off. Even after that, they keep ringing me day in and day out.
