I keep getting loads of calls from Beneficial but from different phone numbers each time, always asking for someone I’ve never met. They keep trying to find out my name and stuff, but I never give them anything. I’ve told them over and over to remove my number from their list, but they just ignore me. The only reason I pick up is because it’s my work mobile and they keep ringing.

Quite helpful, this. I've attempted to engage in a proper dialogue with them, thinking perhaps they’d cease their incessant calls, yet they persist in ringing me nearly daily, or at least every other day. It's a con artist's number, I reckon. They mentioned something about "Beneficial", whatever that’s supposed to mean. I ended the call abruptly and added them to my block list. Best to steer clear!
