I missed the call from this number and by the time I got to answer it went straight to some kind of voicemail, then they just ended the call. This isn’t the first time they tried ringing me either, happened a couple of times before.

Like loads of others here, I got a call on my home phone at about 1 this afternoon. The person on the line used my surname and said, "Good afternoon Mrs ###, how are you doing?" I quickly asked, "Why are you ringing my number when it’s on the TPS?" and they just cut me off straight away. About a month ago, I had a bunch of calls from these folks pushing some sort of govt grant about heating upgrades, which makes no sense since I don’t even have gas or a boiler. Proper annoyance and I reckon these callers should be cracked down on with the new rules about unsolicited phone calls.

Got a call from some woman with an Asian accent, said her name but I couldn’t really catch it, then just hung up on me. Strange behaviour! Who even are they?

She said she was from some company, but I couldn’t catch the name no matter how many times I asked “which company?” Eventually she gave up and just ended the call.

Had three calls back to back from these jokers. Blocked them straight away. Honestly, these lot must be some of the worst scum around, with less scruples than a bloodsucking leech. Whether they’re struggling or not, I genuinely hope they face some terrible illness and suffer badly. Completely done with their nonsense.

Got a call from this number about four days back, but when I picked up, no one said anything and then they just cut off. Was kinda hoping for a proper chat since I really enjoy messing with scam callers. Last time I managed to keep a scammer on the line for an entire hour - probably gave them a right headache! He kept going on with stuff like "you don’t have to claim benefits to get a free boiler or cavity insulation". When I said we have an electric boiler, he seemed a bit lost, and then I mentioned we don’t have any cavity walls. He babbled some more nonsense until my missus chipped in saying she was stuck cooking. Then he started going on about a password or something, which made zero sense. We just ended the call there.
